The go ahead has been given for the first phase to start for the implementation of the HS2:High Speed Rail Network from London to Birmingham.

Approval has been given dispite the large concerns and doubts of the plans. The £33bn project is being called a waste of money and a danger to the environment.

You can see on the image all of the scenic and countrysides that it will be impacting and many have doubts about its actual usage.
